کاربست مدل نرو ـ فازی در تحلیل عوامل مؤثر بر سلامت اجتماعی خانوارهای روستایی پیرامون شهر زنجان

چکیده
روستاهای پیراشهری زنجان با چالش‌هایی نظیر مهاجرت، کمبود امکانات زیستی و اشتغال غیررسمی مواجه شده‌اند که بر سلامت اجتماعی ساکنان تأثیر گذاشته است. این پژوهش باهدف بررسی وضعیت سلامت اجتماعی خانوارهای این روستاها و شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر آن انجام شد. مطالعه از نوع کاربردی و با ماهیت توصیفی - تحلیلی بود. داده‌ها از طریق روش‌های کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی (پرسش‌نامه) گردآوری شدند. جامعه آماری شامل بیست روستا در شعاع 20 کیلومتری شهر زنجان با 3047 خانوار بود. هشت روستا با روش نمونه‌گیری احتمالی (قرعه‌کشی) انتخاب شدند و با استفاده از فرمول کوکران (با خطای 05/0) 384 خانوار به‌عنوان نمونه تعیین شدند. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون تی تک‌نمونه‌ای و مدل نرو-فازی استفاده شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد که عامل اقتصادی با ورودی 14/12 و خروجی 29/14 بیشترین تأثیر را بر سلامت اجتماعی داشت. عامل اجتماعی با ورودی 77/10 و خروجی 32/12 در رتبه دوم قرار گرفت و اثر مثبت قابل‌توجهی نشان داد. عامل فردی با ورودی 16/8  و خروجی 61/8 تأثیر کمتری نسبت به عوامل اقتصادی و اجتماعی داشت. عامل کالبدی-زیست‌محیطی با ورودی 9/7 و خروجی 14/8 کمترین اثر را بر سلامت اجتماعی ساکنان داشت. این نتایج بر اهمیت عوامل اقتصادی و اجتماعی در تقویت سلامت اجتماعی تأکیددارند و می‌توانند به سیاست‌گذاری‌های منطقه‌ای برای بهبود کیفیت زندگی کمک کنند. پیشنهاد می‌شود برنامه‌هایی برای تقویت اشتغال پایدار و روابط اجتماعی طراحی شود.
