نقش غذاهای محلی در شکل‌گیری تصویر مقصد گردشگری با تأکید بر توسعه فضاهای پیراشهری شوشتر

چکیده
این پژوهش باهدف کلی واکاوی اثر نگرش گردشگران روستایی نسبت به غذای محلی در تصویر مقصد گردشگری با تأکید بر توسعه فضای پیراشهری شهرستان شوشتر انجام شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل تمامی گردشگران مناطق روستایی شهرستان شوشتر بود. با استفاده جدول کرجسی و مورگان 385 نفر از گردشگران روستایی با روش نمونه‏گیری تصادفی برای مطالعه انتخاب شدند. ابزار اصلی تحقیق پرسشنامه‏ای بود که روایی آن توسط پانل متخصصان و پایایی آن توسط ضریب آلفای کرونباخ و پایایی ترکیبی تائید شد. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‏ها در دو بخش آمار توصیفی و استنباطی توسط نرم‏افزار SPSS و Smart PLS انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که متغیرهای تجربه فرهنگی، ارزش عاطفی یا احساسی، روابط بین فردی، نگرانی‏های مرتبط با سلامتی تأثیر معنی‏داری بر نگرش گردشگران نسبت به غذای محلی دارد و درمجموع توانسته‌اند حدود 6/48 درصد از واریانس نگرش به غذای محلی را تبیین کنند. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که نگرش مثبت به غذاهای محلی تأثیر معناداری بر تصویر ذهنی گردشگران از مقصد دارد و توانسته است 8/41 درصد از واریانس تصویر مقصد را توضیح دهد. به‌طورکلی نتایج این پژوهش می‏تواند ضمن کاهش خلأ موجود در ادبیات نظری تحقیق می‏تواند به سیاست‌گذاران این حوزه کمک کند می‏تواند به ترویج غذای سالم و اقتصاد جوامع محلی کمک کند.
