In this metropolis, increasing population and migration and integration of rural areas in the body of Mashhad metropolis on the one hand and management distortion on the other hand has increased the grounds for increasing these challenges. The type of research in this research is descriptive-analytical and in collecting information, field and library studies have been used. Cocoso method was used to analyze the findings. The results of this study show that in the social sector, the index of non-participation of the people as a missing link in organizing around the metropolis of Mashhad; In the economic sector, the index of increasing violations in construction to earn more profit in the suburbs of Mashhad; In the physical part, there was no indicator of unit management in the study area for issuing permits and supervising construction; In the management section, the management of the suburbs around the metropolis of Mashhad and finally the environmental section, the index of increasing environmental problems following changes in land uses in and around the city of Mashhad, pointed out that the perimeter and privacy of the metropolis of Mashhad is facing them in the current situation. <strong>کلانشهر مشهد و حریم آن‌ها در طی سال‌های اخیر رشد فیزیکی نامتوازنی را تجربه کرده و در حال حاضر در ابعاد مختلف مدیریتی، اقتصادی، کالبدی، اجتماعی، زیست‌محیطی و غیره با مشکلاتی زیادی همراه است. در این کلانشهر افزایش جمعیت و مهاجرت و ادغام روستاهای حریم شهر در بدنه کلانشهر مشهد از یک‌سو و کژ مدیریتی از سوی دیگر زمینه را برای افزایش چالش‌های مذکور افزوده است. نوع تحقیق در این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی- تحلیلی است و در جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از مطالعات میدانی و کتابخانه‌ای بهره گرفته‌شده است. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل یافته‌ها از روش کوکوسو (cocoso) استفاده گردید. نتایج این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که در بخش اجتماعی شاخص عدم مشارکت مردم به‌عنوان یک حلقه مفقوده در ساماندهی پیرامون کلانشهر مشهد؛ در بخش اقتصادی شاخص افزایش تخلفات در ساخت‌وساز برای به دست آوردن سود بیشتر در مناطق پیرامونی کلانشهر مشهد؛ در بخشی کالبدی شاخص نبود مدیریت واحد در پهنه موردمطالعه برای صدور مجوز و نظارت برساخت و ساز؛ در بخش مدیریتی شاخص بخشی بودن مدیریت در پیرامون کلانشهر مشهد و درنهایت بخش زیست‌محیطی شاخص افزایش مشکلات زیست‌محیطی در پی تغییرات کاربری‌ها در محدوده و پیرامون کلان‌شهر مشهد اشاره کرد که پیرامون و حریم کلانشهر مشهد در وضع موجود با آن‌ها روبه‌رو است.</strong> https://www.jpusd.ir/article_135357_1b7fc8e60f200618e463c9825245a147.pdf
