Urban creep and land use changes in Peripheral areas Case: Neyshabour City

Abstract

The city of Neyshabur has had an expanding trend during the 1990s and 1990s. The best fertile land for agriculture has gone under the city's construction and has dramatically altered many living spaces, including villages, gardens and pastures, At present, land use change or maintenance is one of the most important factors that planners and planners use as an important tool at different national, regional and local levels.These changes have been such that many of the town's villages have been merged into the neighborhoods of Neyshabur and have little to no sign of rural structures. According to the results obtained from two districts (three and six) in Neyshabur there are neighborhoods that have been merged into neighborhoods as a result of urban development.In most of these neighborhoods, urban development has been so large that it has made significant changes to agricultural land changes.In these neighborhoods the villages of New Hosseinabad, Chah Bald, Yahyaabad, Deh Sheikh, Fakhriyeh, Morteza Abad, Green Gonbad, Morteza Abad, Sarab Koushak, Mobarka, Bekawal, Zargaran, Ebrahimi, Ghayed, Shahabad Abad Hosseini, These neighborhoods have been merged.
